Brooke is a serial networker with an innate sense of making strategically successful introductions, constantly striving to connect people, companies and ideas. Since founding Knektar LLC, it has become Brooke's goal to create avenues for professionals to meet one another for mutually beneficial purposes. He truly gains pleasure in facilitating various connections for colleagues, clients, and friends—be they in the areas of business development, strategic partnerships, or investment opportunities.  

Through 4Quarters, Brooke wants to recreate the collaborative energy of the Evanston Entrepreneurial Lab, bringing founders and funders together to share dreams, goals, and strategies. He is excited to continue expanding on the services and resources offered to members on a consistent basis, utilizing the collective skills of the group and its network.

Diane Testa

Diane is an accomplished and passionate Heart-Centered Executive Coach, Business Coach and Strategist with a successful history of working with entrepreneurs, executives and organizations. Her mission is to empower individuals and organizations to discover and fully express their purpose with great success.

For the last 10 years, she has helped clients start meaningful nonprofits, create thriving businesses, make significant career leaps, become transformative leaders and more.  Her heart-centered approach to coaching allows her to remain present, curious, intuitive, compassionate, creative, and collaborative.

At 4Quarters she is energized by what’s possible and seeing members grow, develop and achieve their goals.  Along with her co-founders, she believes it’s a unique networking scene where members experience a fun yet professional atmosphere, make quality business connections and walk away with ideas and solutions for next steps.

Michael Miro

After a career in the local government and nonprofit sector, Michael now wears many hats for multiple businesses and creative ventures. Primarily, he is the founder and owner of Shorepath Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that provides assistance to nonprofits (board assessment/development, strategic planning, etc.) and small/midsize businesses (team building, corporate events, etc.). The firm is headquartered in Evanston, IL, but provides services nationally.

Michael was attracted to 4Quarters as an opportunity to make the networking experience more meaningful and valuable to entrepreneurs at various stages in their journey. He takes great pride in the group’s ability to create an environment filled with positive and productive energy that keeps people coming back for more.
